— Know Your Rights

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the okbk platform, including but not limited to the website at okbk.io, any associated mobile interfaces, and all products and services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and promotional offerings.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, though note that account sharing is strictly prohibited (see Section 3).

okbk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable regulations. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Material changes affecting player rights or obligations will be communicated by email to registered account holders at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on okbk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbk enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of okbk or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement on okbk or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. okbk will conduct identity verification checks in accordance with its KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures prior to authorising withdrawals. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document.

okbk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approved registrations may later be reviewed if eligibility concerns arise.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the okbk platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same network address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, okbk will close all accounts beyond the first verified account and may void any associated winnings or bonuses obtained through the duplicated accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified okbk of a suspected breach. In the event of unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your contact email, residential address, or payment details change, you must update them promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login or transactional activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. okbk may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will receive advance email notification before any fee is applied. Reactivation is possible by logging in and contacting support.

okbk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit transactions are processed in BDT and credited to your account balance in BDT. No currency conversion fees are charged by okbk on deposits made through these methods.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier and will be displayed during the deposit flow.

Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your game balance within thirty (30) seconds of payment confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of network delay or payment provider outages, processing may take up to fifteen (15) minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after fifteen minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you are the lawful owner of. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment accounts registered to another person, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

Source of Funds: okbk complies with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds used for deposits at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending investigation.

KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after your account has passed full identity verification (KYC). This requires submission and approval of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically transferred within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval by the okbk finance team. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, okbk will contact you to agree on an alternative verified method.

Wagering Completion: Funds credited as part of a bonus promotion may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The balance of any active bonus funds and their remaining wagering requirement is displayed in your account dashboard.

Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and will be communicated to you during the withdrawal request process. Players on enhanced account tiers may be eligible for higher limits. Contact support to request a limit review.

okbk offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carrying a wagering requirement must be turned over the stated number of times using real-money wagers before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonus Abuse: okbk monitors account activity for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing wagers across accounts to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, okbk reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• okbk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free bet credits are applied to specific bet types as stated in the promotion terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a deposit eligible for a welcome bonus is reversed, charged back, or refunded, the corresponding bonus will be voided.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of the okbk trading team is final. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time, and bets placed after the stated cut-off time for a market will be voided.

Casino Games: All casino games, including live dealer titles, slots, and RNG table games, are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are determined by the provider and are displayed within the game interface. okbk does not modify game rules, RTP settings, or outcome probabilities.

Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator (Spribe), Limbo, and JetX use provably fair algorithms. The multiplier outcome for each round is cryptographically committed prior to the betting phase. Players may verify any round result using the hash data provided in the game interface.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or market are displayed within the game or betting interface. okbk reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports betting event, okbk will not be liable for any losses arising. For crash games, a disconnection mid-round that prevents manual cash-out will result in the round being settled at the auto cash-out level set by the player prior to the round commencing, or as zero if no auto cash-out was set.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbk platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, crawler, or AI-driven tool to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbk staff members, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Assisting or facilitating any other person in conducting any of the above activities.

All content on the okbk platform — including but not limited to the okbk brand name, logo, interface design, written content, graphics, data compilations, betting odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, frame, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform's content without the prior written consent of okbk.

Game content including graphics, audio, and software logic is owned by the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and is licensed to okbk for distribution. You have no rights in or to any game content beyond the right to play the game as a registered player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbk, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Inability to access the platform due to technical outage, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Losses arising from disconnection during an active game or betting event.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

okbk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any game or market that is settled erroneously due to a technical fault will be voided and re-settled correctly; okbk's sole obligation in such circumstances is to correct the settlement and return any incorrectly deducted stakes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okbk's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

okbk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbk uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. Sensitive financial data — including bKash and Nagad transaction identifiers — is handled in accordance with the security standards of the respective payment providers. okbk does not store your mobile banking PIN or full payment account credentials.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties strictly for the purpose of operating the platform, including game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies. okbk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

okbk is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If at any time you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or mental health, you are strongly encouraged to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

okbk enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any bonus funds which will be forfeited.

Termination by You: You may close your okbk account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days of account closure confirmation.

Suspension or Termination by okbk: okbk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player has provided false identity information.
• okbk is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory directive.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion, okbk will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with the self-exclusion policy. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okbk reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. okbk operates as an online entertainment platform and these Terms represent the entire agreement between you and okbk with respect to the subject matter herein.

In the event of any dispute between you and okbk, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. okbk aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to formal arbitration proceedings. The language of all proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
